We want you to love your brew, but if your coffee or gear isn't quite right, we offer a 30-day return policy for unopened items and non-perishable goods. Please note that due to the fresh nature of our roasted beans, we can only accept returns on coffee if there is a quality defect or shipping error.
Initiate Your Request

Prepare Your Package
Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring that any equipment is well-protected and coffee bags remain sealed.
Ship It Back
Affix the provided return label to your parcel and drop it off at your nearest authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
